Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Learney is committed to ensuring that all users—including students and teachers with disabilities—can access and use our services on an equal basis.
The Company aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard required for educational technology under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
The 2024 final rule under ADA Title II requires state and local governments (including school districts) to make the web, mobile, and third-party content they provide or use (including learning management systems) conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The compliance deadlines are April 26, 2027 for larger school districts (serving populations of 50,000 or more) and April 26, 2028 for all others. Learney aims to meet the same standard in order to support school districts in fulfilling this obligation.
The Company continuously reviews and improves its services to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. A VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) / ACR describing the current conformance status is available upon request. (Status: [self-assessment in progress / third-party audit planned — to be updated once finalized])
